The E182CC is a special quality computer grade double triode. The design is optimised for maintaining emission after long periods under cut-off conditions.
This exhibit has the stylised Mullard logo and was imported into Britain. E182CC has the older logo and was made by Philips in Holland.
The twin triode sections. Each anode has a maximum dissipation of 4.5 Watts. The control grids have heat radiating fins at the top to reduce the grid temperature.
The cathode tube is rectangular and the grid fins are L shaped.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and the length excluding the B9A base pins, is 57 mm.
