The Mazda TP1340 is a triode pentode frequency changer designed for use in car radios. The triode oscillator is required to supply three volts pk-pk.
The heater rating of 13 Volts at 400 mA is not standard.
The reverse is plain zinc paint.
The classic envelope is 39 mm in diameter, and excluding the B9 base pins is 108 mm tall.
