The 2K33 is a klystron, the waveguide size suggests an operating frequency of 18 - 20 GHz. The tuning of the cavity is by integral knob fitted to a fine thread screw in much the same way as a micrometer. There is both a scale to denote the position around the circumference and a linear scale showing the number of turns.
The wide metal tube envelope is 30 mm in diameter with the active glass envelope within, and excluding the IO base pins, is 110 mm tall.
