We have several of these signal diodes and all are marked clearly Mazda KS. The problem is that we can find no listing for them. Physically they are identical to the Mullard EA50.

The thin glass tube envelope is 11 mm in diameter, and excluding the B3G base pins, is 35 mm tall.
