The 70B1 is a miniature voltage stabiliser tube that Mullard introduced in 1950. The stabilised voltage is 70 V and the current range is 5-15 mA. The given AC resistance is 300 Ω.
Looking closely at the base one can see a central tube entering the cylindrical anode.
The thin glass tube envelope is 9 mm in diameter and, excluding the wire leads is 51 mm tall.
