The 13D2 is a special quality version of the 6SN7GT classic audio double triode. Each half of the 6SN7 is electrically equal to the 6J5 triode, and the 13D2 provides additional mechanical rigidity as did the original metal envelope 6J5.

The wide glass tube envelope is 27 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins, is 63 mm tall.
