The 13D2 is a special quality version of the 6SN7GT classic audio double triode and electrically they are identical. Mechanically the 13D2 is much more robust. Each half of the 13D2 is electrically equal to the 6J5 triode, and the 13D2 provides additional mechanical rigidity as did the original metal envelope 6J5.The wide glass tube envelope is 27 mm in diameter, and excluding the B4 base pins, is 63 mm tall.References: Data-sheet & 1040.
