The 41MH is a detector triode and has external metallising. The New Process (1929) sticker suggests that this is an early version but the shouldered bulb points to mid 1930's.
See also 41MH for the original balloon envelope version.
The classic envelope is 46 mm in diameter and, excluding the B5 base pins, is 110 mm tall.
References: Data-sheet & 1043. Type 41MH was first introduced in 1930. See also 1930 adverts.
