The RK25 is a reflex klystron that generates RF local oscillator power at 4.5 GHz. The resonator voltage is 310 Volts and the current drawn is 38 mA. The output power is 180 mW.
The output is via coaxial cable and the connector is on the left in this image. The repeller/reflector is the top connection.

The wide metal tube envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is  mm tall.
