The A3283 is a special quality low impedance audio output pentode for series heater chain use - television monitors. The GEC brand indicates a valve for the professional market rather than consumer.

The CV4062 is given as electrically equivalent by GEC but with a 6.3 Volt heater.

The thin glass envelope is  mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is  mm tall.
