The CV6022 is a hydrogen Thyratron. It is designed for pulse outputs of 2 megawatts.

The anode is contained within the shield cylinder and metal mesh.

The wide glass tube envelope is 60 mm in diameter and, excluding the special base pins, is 193 mm tall.
