We have very few details for the S435N and those we have contradict the visual evidence. The base is B5 and the documentation suggests a B7 base.
The anode connects to the top cap. The heater is 4.0V, anode volts are 200 with the screen at 100 Volts and the control grid at -2 Volts. The anode current is 3.0 mA and the mutual conductance is 2.3 ma/V.
The balloon envelope is 46 mm in diameter and, excluding the B5 base pins, is 116 mm tall.
