HMS Collingwood
The 6481 is a high frequency disc seal planar triode. It would probably be used in grounded grid configuration for maximum isolation between input and output circuits.
The 6481 was designed for use in microwave circuits at up to 3.3 GHz as an amplifier or oscillator.
The envelope is 15 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 57 mm tall. The contact rings are 20 mm in diameter.
