The QS75/60 voltage stabiliser from Marconi probably dates from the late 1930s when this base design and all glass construction became available.
The tube ignites at 117 Volts and the output current ranges from 5 - 60 mA. Over this range the voltage regulation is 5 Volts.
The wide glass tube envelope is 27 mm in diameter and, excluding the B8B base pins, is 64 mm tall.
