We have no details for this exhibit. The twin top caps seem to connect to grid and anode. The suggestion is that this is a transmitting triode. The screw connections to the top caps is unusual.

The wide glass tube envelope is 60 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 180 mm tall.
