We have few details about this klystron.
It can be seen that its external cavity is missing. The flexible metal bellows, that allow frequency trimming, can be seen in the picture. The power output is taken from the probe seen at the lower left of the picture.
The wide glass tube envelope is 48 mm in diameter and, excluding the B4 base pins, is 152 mm tall.
