The ITK2-1 is a directly heated water cooled power triode. The design use is for industrial RF heating. The operating frequency is up to 1.5 MHz. The anode dissipation is 1.5 kW and the output in CW mode is 5 kW.
The water jacket is 52 mm in diameter and 108 mm long.
The thoriated tungsten heater connects via the thick wire leads. The control grid connects via the small external disc.
The wide ceramic envelope is 40 mm in diameter and, excluding the base leads, is 175 mm tall.
