The red contrast coating enhances the neon glow. The plain glass version is the ZM1082.
This example came with a broken envelope that left the internal structure intact.
Within the anode cage are ten wire numeral shaped cathodes. The lower set of ceramic insulators are clearly seen.

The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter and, excluding the base wires, is 47 mm tall.
