The Mazda RT55/100 voltage stabiliser is a neon tube believed to stabilise at 100 Volts for currents up to 55 mA.

The construction is of two concentric cylinders.

The end caps are of different sizes and marked both - and +. The positive connection going to the small central cylinder.

The thin glass tube envelope is 22 mm in diameter, and including the base is 78 mm tall.
