The CV4065 is a high reliability valve and a flying lead version of the CV4062 audio output pentode/series pass valve. The commercial version is the A2134.
The GEC logo. Above the anode are the black heat radiators attached to the support rods of the control grid. The anode dissipation is 9 Watts and the screen grid maximum dissipation is 3 Watts.

The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter, and excluding the base wires is 64 mm tall.
