The 6574 is a tetrode thyratron and equivalent to the EN32.
The control ratio is high at 270 and the conducting voltage drop is low at 10 Volts. A pulse repetition rate is not quoted. The use for this device was probably in Radar.
The carburised box anode has side flanges for support and greater radiating efficiency.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 65 mm tall.
