The metal and GT versions of the 6H6 are smaller than this GTY variant of this double diode.

This exhibit has the older style pinch construction that adds to the length of the envelope. The diodes are low voltage low current signal rectifiers and not suitable for power supply service. The low current is reflected in the low heater power.

The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter and excluding IO base pins the valve is 58 mm long.
