This tetrode thyratron obscures the linear electrode configuration within the box anode. At 650 Volts and a peak current of 2 Amps this device produces powerful current pulses. The valve has a voltage drop when conducting of 10 Volts and a control ratio of 270.
The wide glass tube envelope is 28 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 62 mm tall.
