This two piece box is made from white paper faced cardboard and printed in one colour. This was made for the Military and no consumer packaging was required - only good protection for the Valve Wireless Receiving inside. The box is 69 mm square and 91 mm tall.The valve is marked R2 and the pattern is 3987 not R2A and 3987A however the original R2 lacked the candelabra base that was fitted to the valve in this box
