The CV1931 (commercially the 6H6 double signal diode. The low anode current is reflected in the low heater power.
The base has 6H6 stamped into it.
The reseller Zaerix logo.
The Thin Metal tube envelope is 25 mm in diameter and excluding the IO base pins the valve is 30 mm tall.
