The Raytheon RK-5721 is a bit of a mystery. The CV equivalent is CV3970 but no data has yet been found for either the CV or commercial specification.An internet source suggests that this oscillator klystron generates 20 mW at 9.7 GHz.

The serial number is 9018 and this was made in the USA.

The base has four small solid pins.

There is a small gap between the flat bottom of the electrode connected at the top and the flat heated cone connected to the resonator. This looks to be a reflex klystron and so the top connection is to the repeller.

The thin glass tube envelope is 18 mm in diameter, and excluding the base pins is 88 mm tall.
