The CV1699 (commercially the SP41) is an RF pentode. The old GPO code is POVT150.
The /F identifies the maker as STC, Paignton.
The STC logo and the SP41 Type designation.
The classic envelope is 32 mm in diameter and, excluding the MO base pins, is 79 mm tall.
