The Hampshire Collection
The GTE130T is a cold cathode device. Probably it is a triggered discharge tube of voltage stabiliser. Inside the envelope is a cylinder with a central rod and outside the cylinder is an insulated electrode with just the tip uninsulated.
The manufacturers logo is clearly visible.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 33 mm tall.
