This is probably a Type 6K7G, although there are other possibilities. The etched type number will be found in an octagonal frame about one third of the way up the side of the glass, but was not visible during photography. It is not necessarily on the same side of the valve as the markings on the base.

The classic envelope is 36 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 103 mm tall.
