HMS Collingwood Museum
The CV16 is distinct because of the twin top caps. One cap is for the anode and the other is for the grid. We know that this is a triode and the construction seems to place it at late 1930s.
The classic envelope is 37 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 90 mm tall.
