The VT-94D is a US Government procurement code and the valve is electrically a 6J5GT/G.
The museum has examples of this valve in the classic G version (6J5G)and the WW2 metal envelopes (6J5).

The electrical characteristics of each half of the 6SN7 match those of the 6J5.
The wide glass tube envelope is 29 mm diameter and excluding the IO base pins measures 67 mm long.
