We have found specific details for this double triode valve in the attached data sheet. The figures given here are for the ECC82. This is not a direct replacement for the ECC82 and evidence suggests that it has a better (military) specification.
We expect that it was designed as an audio device. Two independent valves exist in the envelope.
Current information gives the valve as now being made by Philips ECG in the USA.
The thin glass tube envelope is 20 mm in diameter and, excluding the B9A base pins, is 47 mm tall.
