The DL69 is a subminiature output pentode suitable for battery operation with an HT supply of 90 Volts. This is the Mullard description of this audio beam tetrode.![](../pics/aaa0653a.jpg)
The beam plates and the rectangular hole in them is easily seen as is the single hairpin filament.The output power at 10% distortion is between 25 and 50 mW. The connections are taken looking at the base with the red dot on the left.The oval miniature glass envelope is 5 x 9 mm in plan, and excluding the lead-out wires is 37 mm tall.References: Data-sheet & 1040.
